Reflecting on your career paths can be difficult and challenging, especially when you are feeling inadequate compared to peers or struggling to find and/or secure opportunities in the rapidly changing workforce. It is also easy to get stuck in a negative mindset, leading to doubts and fears about your personal and professional skills.
This is where our workshop comes in. Facilitated by passion coach, Shilbee Dhalla-Kim, it is designed to help you discover and/or better understand your gifts by defining what human skills are, why they are important, and how they can be explored. Through self-reflection activities, 1:1 deep dives, and group discussions, you will gain a deeper understanding of how to explore what your gifts are and how to use them effectively.
At the end of this workshop, you will feel more equipped in your ability to discover your skills, which can help you better navigate your career paths. Ultimately, you will leave this workshop feeling more confident and motivated.
